^^^^ This is my proposal for the new Main Page - I'd like to put it up to replace the current Main Page in approximately one weeks time. My main objective was to make it more friendly/useful for any and every visitor regardless of their level of involvement in the sport or how regularly they check out the site. I'd love feedback on the proposed layout, content, etc. so please don't hesitate to make edits or even say you think the current design should stay. You may notice the proposed page eludes to more completed Community Portal and Current Events pages - I plan to work on building those up quite a bit in the near future. This (Talk:Main_Page) page is protected (against spammers) so comment on the user talk proposed page if you can't do so here.

P.S. My proposed Main Page is still sparse, and some of my ideas for adding to it in the future included but were not limited to some sort of rotating "featured article" type content like every large active wiki has on their Main Page.

Main Page is now replaced by my new design, and the link above is now just an archive of the old page. I'll be turning my attention to the Current Events and Community Portal pages next. Hope this was an improvement! --Mooreshire 20:17, 21 November 2010 (PST)
